This refreshing blended cucumber-melon smoothie couldn’t be simpler. If you prefer a less slushy drink (think agua fresca), strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer and serve over ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped melon (honeydew, watermelon, or cantaloupe)
  • 1 mini cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
