- 2 cups snow peas
- 2 cups shredded vegetables (try cabbage and/or carrots)
- 2 tsp. neutral oil (like peanut, grapeseed, safflower, or sunflower)
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- Stir-fry the snow peas and shredded vegetables in the sizzling-hot oil until charred in spots and tender-crisp.
- Season with the salt.
