Philip Kahn-Pauli (he, him, his) was CSPI's Director of Legislative Affairs from April 2024 through February 2026. He served as CSPI’s lead lobbyist and develops strategic policy objectives. He also led and oversaw legislative, advocacy, and outreach activities to achieve CSPI’s federal campaign goals on a variety of issues.
